Here at Hot Buttered Rum central we’re gearing up for a fun summer of moving and grooving around the country. We’ve got a new Sprinter van, Van Morrison, and a new batch of songs, and we’re ready to bring music to the people. Looking forward to seeing old friends and making new ones in all our favorite places. Our summer kicks off with the Firestone Festival in Paso Robles, and then a trip to Utah for Roots of the Rock Festival. Some of us will stick around Moab for redrock fun… and then head to Colorado for shows in Denver, Dillon (with Greensky Bluegrass), and Mishawaka (with Pert Near Sandstone). The next weekend is a quick jaunt up north to Arcata and then Bite of the Bend Festival. July 13 is our annual family show in San Rafael, a great one to bring the whole family and have a picnic on the grass. Our late summer will feature shows in Groveland, Willits, Park City, Strawberry Music Festival, Mammoth Lakes Bluegrass Festival, American River Festival, Milpond Music Festival, and Morro Bay Music Festival. We’ll be announcing our fall tours soon. We’ll be supporting a new studio album and will likely be coming to a town near you.
