THE TWELVE DAYS OF BUTTER – DAY 7

Today we hear a sweet love song “Genie’s Loose.” We were really happy with the finished product here we made in collaboration with producer Steve Berlin.

Here’s what composer Aaron Redner had to say about writing this one:

“This was the first song I ever sang to my wife when we first met… Guess it worked! Proof again that asking the universe to manifest your perfect vision can be helpful!

I hope others sing this song and it leads them to someone who makes them sparkle.”

Here’s an interview with Aaron, too:

GENIE’S LOOSE-Aaron Redner

I want to find my muse,

Want to find the flame to light my fuse,

Want to find the North star in my sky,

Want to find the world inside her eye,

I want to find my muse, aahhhhh,

yeah, yeah find my muse,

I want to feel the groove,

Want to feel the rhythm in my shoes,

Want to feel the drum beat in my hips,

Want to drink some water from her lips,

I want to feel the groove,

I want to find my muse, yeah, yeah find my muse,

I want to find my muse,

Want to be the one she decides to choose,

Want to be the one she’s looking for,

Want to find the keys to her front door,

I want to find my muse, ahhhhhh,

Yeah, yeah find my muse,

I want to find my muse,

Want to buy my heart a pair of running shoes,

Spend my time devising schemes,

To find a way inside her dreams,

I think you’ll be amused,

Perhaps a bit confused,

Yeah, yeah find my muse…

MUUUUUSSSE,

She’ll wipe away these blues,

AAHHHHHHH,

She comes in so many hues,

I want to find my muse,

Want my heart and mind to make a truce,

Want the conversations in my head,

Laid to rest upon her bed,

I don’t need an excuse,

To want to find my muse,

Yeah, yeah find my muse,

MUUUUUUUSE,

I think the Genie’s Loose,

AHHHHHHH,

I want to find my muse,
